If I could give Richard a 100 stars out of 5 stars I would. I could not express how excellent his work ethic , response time, and caring he is about his client and their baby(car). After my car was injured I was beyond worried about how it would look and run. (I am huge on taking care of it). Having Richard talk me through the process helped me exponentially. Rich is a great guy.  He doesn’t gouge you, and is very fair in his pricing. I had gotten 3 estimates and Collision Specialist, Inc was the best. I had him work on the car while I was out of town and he had it completed when I returned even though he had spent 3-4 days trying to get the “new” paint

color just right. He even had paint salespeople trying to help him determine the right color paint.

When my wife told me I needed to buy a new truck because it looked so horrible I came up with another solution. I found Rich at Collision Specialist and had him bring it back to life with a new paint job. Attached is a photo of what I saw as I drove up to his shop. It looked amazing and just like it did when it came off the showroom floor,  I could not have been happier. Thank you Rich, you are the best!

Richard and his crew are definitely the best of the best. My vehicle got some damage that I needed repaired rather quickly. Richard was able to get me in the very next day and have my car ready even sooner than I had originally requested. His crew and him helped me tremendously and had my car looking brand new. I took my brand new 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 into Collison Specialist Inc. Richard did a great job where it looked brand new, and our paint was special color. I love how friendly he is and honest work. He takes so much pride in what he does. You can tell his experience when my truck was done. I just took my sons new mustang in for work as well. I had been previously looking for someone to repair a dent on my jeep wranglers plastic bumper, I refused to change the whole piece because I had no money to change the entire bumper. I had consistently been turned down by many places that insisted it had no fix but to replace it!
