After my Audi Q5’s rear bumper was damaged in a hit and run, I knew that I couldn’t just take it to anyone to fix. I was referred to them by my boyfriend who has had work done with them before. I am so glad that I found them. I always felt like my Audi was in trusted honest hands and they completely took care of my insurance claim and repaired my car to look like new in a timely manner. Had the pleasure to work with Richard and his team. My car had a dent on my bumper, broken grill and a few scratches.
They did a great job on fixing it, matching the colours and making sure that bumper is properly fixed. Richard also helped me deal with the insurance claim and made sure I got all needed parts. Besides fixing the bumper he also smoked my headlights at a very reasonable price.

I recently had my Toyota Tacoma repaired at Collision Specialists.   The damage was extensive and thanks to the great and careful work of Richard and his team, my truck looks great. I couldn’t be happier. Richard took time to ensure all details of the repair were communicated and because the repair was not handled through insurance, he strategized on how to best manage the cost including giving me a generous family discount.  We are not family.  I am grateful to Richard and his team.  There was not a moment that I felt unsure or worried about the quality of the repair.  And as a bonus, you will be greeted by the shop mascots, three sweet dogs, Grayson, Whiskey, and Little Man.

We were referred to Collision Specialist by a friend that had a great job done by Rich and his crew on several vehicles.  We took our wrecked pickup to them and it came back great.  They did what they said they would do plus more.  Rich gave us options so we got to choose what worked best for us.  Couldn’t be more pleased!  We have already referred several friends to Collision Specialist.
