Had the pleasure to work with Richard and his team. My car had a dent on my bumper, broken grill and a few scratches.
They did a great job on fixing it, matching the colours and making sure that bumper is properly fixed. Richard also helped me deal with the insurance claim and made sure I got all needed parts. Besides fixing the bumper he also smoked my headlights at a very reasonable price.
Communication was great, he and his team are very professional people with great attitudes. Couldn’t be happier with the results

Richard and his crew are definitely the best of the best. My vehicle got some damage that I needed repaired rather quickly. Richard was able to get me in the very next day and have my car ready even sooner than I had originally requested. His crew and him helped me tremendously and had my car looking brand new. This is the second time bringing my 2015 dodge dart back to Richard and the Crew. Unfortunately i was backed into and hit in my rear corner panel.  I wasted no time in deciding who I was going to let work on my baby. I gave Richard a call and just as before he took great care of me and my Dart. Turn around time was great, and once again my baby looks just as new. I cant get over how much they pay attention to detail, and really do love doing what they do. If anything shall happen in the future, I will be giving Richard and the crew a call again, because I know they will waist no time in getting my vehicle back to the shape it deserves to be in. Thank you Richard and the Crew! You guys are the best in the business.

I came in with a problem after a quick phone call and they took care of me immediately. After giving me the estimate they ran into addotional problems but never raised the estimate. I would definitely use them again and will tell others about their honest and friendly service. My car looks great.

After my Audi Q5’s rear bumper was damaged in a hit and run, I knew that I couldn’t just take it to anyone to fix. I was referred to them by my boyfriend who has had work done with them before. I had my brand new Lexus 350 only 2 months when I had to bring it in to Rich.  I had used Collision Specialist, Inc before for my old car repair and was very pleased with the results.

Rich is a great guy.  He doesn’t gouge you, and is very fair in his pricing. I had gotten 3 estimates and Collision Specialist, Inc was the best. I had him work on the car while I was out of town and he had it completed when I returned even though he had spent 3-4 days trying to get the “new” paint

color just right. He even had paint salespeople trying to help him determine the right color paint.

Rich is very particular and would not settle for any color he did not think was right.  He thought it would be a 3- step process and it turned out to be a 4-step process I am totally pleased with the outcome and would HIGHLY recommend Rich at Collision Specialist, Inc.. RO #22305
