This is the second time bringing my 2015 dodge dart back to Richard and the Crew. Unfortunately i was backed into and hit in my rear corner panel.  I wasted no time in deciding who I was going to let work on my baby. I gave Richard a call and just as before he took great care of me and my Dart. Turn around time was great, and once again my baby looks just as new. I cant get over how much they pay attention to detail, and really do love doing what they do. If anything shall happen in the future, I will be giving Richard and the crew a call again, because I know they will waist no time in getting my vehicle back to the shape it deserves to be in. Thank you Richard and the Crew! You guys are the best in the business.

I came in with a problem after a quick phone call and they took care of me immediately. After giving me the estimate they ran into addotional problems but never raised the estimate. I would definitely use them again and will tell others about their honest and friendly service. My car looks great.

After my Audi Q5’s rear bumper was damaged in a hit and run, I knew that I couldn’t just take it to anyone to fix. I was referred to them by my boyfriend who has had work done with them before. I am so glad that I found them. I always felt like my Audi was in trusted honest hands and they completely took care of my insurance claim and repaired my car to look like new in a timely manner. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for vehicle repairs.

I learned of Collision Specialists approximately 6 years ago when I obtained a referral from an insurance agent. He took on a large project with a low profit margin as it was a complete out of pocket endeavor. I was very pleased with the workmanship, well worth my investment. If I could give Richard a 100 stars out of 5 stars I would. I could not express how excellent his work ethic , response time, and caring he is about his client and their baby(car). After my car was injured I was beyond worried about how it would look and run. (I am huge on taking care of it). Having Richard talk me through the process helped me exponentially. I could not tell you how amazing it looked after! Just like it had came off the lot. I would highly recommend Richard for trusting them with any car service and you would not be disappointed! Richard has repaired three of my vehicles and I will only use him. Before I found Richard I took two vehicles to dealerships to be repaired and wasn’t satisfied with either of them. I took my one truck to Richard and after being in an accident and the workmanship was showroom quality, I also had him redo the repairs from the dealership which turned out fantastic. My latest vehicle I bought used and after a few years noticed the paint was deteriorating. Apparently whoever painted it used inferior paint that didn’t last and made it difficult to paint over it, after working through the issues of the paint Richard was able to spray a seal coat and then lay down the final finish. It looks amazing almost like a new vehicle. I recommend anyone who needs their vehicle repaired to take to Richard, you won’t be disappointed and he stands behind his work, a rarity in the world today.
