I recently had my Toyota Tacoma repaired at Collision Specialists.   The damage was extensive and thanks to the great and careful work of Richard and his team, my truck looks great. I couldn’t be happier. Richard took time to ensure all details of the repair were communicated and because the repair was not handled through insurance, he strategized on how to best manage the cost including giving me a generous family discount.  We are not family.  I am grateful to Richard and his team.  There was not a moment that I felt unsure or worried about the quality of the repair.  And as a bonus, you will be greeted by the shop mascots, three sweet dogs, Grayson, Whiskey, and Little Man.

Extremely satisfied of the professionalism of the staff and most of all the professional work done to my car. Can’t express it any more clearly but, collision specialist is the real deal when it comes to getting the job done. Hands down BEST AUTO BODY SHOP Ive ever dealt with! I can’t put into words how great of a company they are. I had a hell of a time dealing with insurance, it was probably the worst claim Ive ever had to deal with, but Rich and his crew got it all handled. They went much further then the extra mile and fought to make sure my vehicle was done properly and safely. This meant the world to me because I put my family in this vehicle and like most of you, we wouldn’t want to put our family in an unsafe vehicle. Richard has repaired three of my vehicles and I will only use him. Before I found Richard I took two vehicles to dealerships to be repaired and wasn’t satisfied with either of them. I took my one truck to Richard and after being in an accident and the workmanship was showroom quality, I also had him redo the repairs from the dealership which turned out fantastic. My latest vehicle I bought used and after a few years noticed the paint was deteriorating. Apparently whoever painted it used inferior paint that didn’t last and made it difficult to paint over it, after working through the issues of the paint Richard was able to spray a seal coat and then lay down the final finish. It looks amazing almost like a new vehicle. I recommend anyone who needs their vehicle repaired to take to Richard, you won’t be disappointed and he stands behind his work, a rarity in the world today.

Richard is a “FREAK” of the industry, and a fellow “PERFECTIONIST” just like myself; and I’ll tell you why I said that right now:

1. He is an encyclopedia of knowledge and wisdoms “unlike” the industry standard of hurry up, and get it done, cut corners!

2. He is so passionate about his craft that he sent me some of the photos you see here of my customized and now 100% restored 2008 Magnum’s front end, when most in the industry are too busy to do that!

3. The quality of his work is irrefutable, and if his business was in death valley with an outside temperature of 130° Fahrenheit, and “ONLY” under a tent without a fan, I’d happily take my car there instead of one that’s all prettied up visually with a bunch of burnt out staff members🙄

4. Genius requires leniency, so I wouldn’t have care if he required more time than estimated, I’d rather that than these “bang em’ out” production types who use the cheapest products they can buy!

5. A man of his “Super Powers” is destined for even greater heights; and if any of my billionaire clients ever needs his talents, know that I shall refer them to Richard….not these flashy wannabes with their HR(HUMAN RESOURCED) mentalities who talk a good game, but seldom if ever have the talents to back it up!

This is the second time bringing my 2015 dodge dart back to Richard and the Crew. Unfortunately i was backed into and hit in my rear corner panel.  I wasted no time in deciding who I was going to let work on my baby. I gave Richard a call and just as before he took great care of me and my Dart. Turn around time was great, and once again my baby looks just as new. I cant get over how much they pay attention to detail, and really do love doing what they do. If anything shall happen in the future, I will be giving Richard and the crew a call again, because I know they will waist no time in getting my vehicle back to the shape it deserves to be in. Thank you Richard and the Crew! You guys are the best in the business.

I had been previously looking for someone to repair a dent on my jeep wranglers plastic bumper, I refused to change the whole piece because I had no money to change the entire bumper. I had consistently been turned down by many places that insisted it had no fix but to replace it! To my luck Richard did not hesitate in taking a look at it and doing whatever was in his power to fix it! Excellent customer service! Overall I was extremely content with the outcome of my car!
