This is the second time bringing my 2015 dodge dart back to Richard and the Crew. Unfortunately i was backed into and hit in my rear corner panel.  I wasted no time in deciding who I was going to let work on my baby. I gave Richard a call and just as before he took great care of me and my Dart. Turn around time was great, and once again my baby looks just as new. I cant get over how much they pay attention to detail, and really do love doing what they do. If anything shall happen in the future, I will be giving Richard and the crew a call again, because I know they will waist no time in getting my vehicle back to the shape it deserves to be in. If I could give Richard a 100 stars out of 5 stars I would. I could not express how excellent his work ethic , response time, and caring he is about his client and their baby(car). After my car was injured I was beyond worried about how it would look and run. (I am huge on taking care of it). Having Richard talk me through the process helped me exponentially. I had my brand new Lexus 350 only 2 months when I had to bring it in to Rich.  I had used Collision Specialist, Inc before for my old car repair and was very pleased with the results.

Rich is a great guy.  He doesn’t gouge you, and is very fair in his pricing. I had gotten 3 estimates and Collision Specialist, Inc was the best. I had him work on the car while I was out of town and he had it completed when I returned even though he had spent 3-4 days trying to get the “new” paint

color just right. He even had paint salespeople trying to help him determine the right color paint.

I’m the owner of the 2015 dodge dart. I had taken my car to Collision Specialist after extensive damage was done to my car after a hail storm. They were a great company to work with! They took great care of me and my vehicle. Turn around time was exceptional and my car looks even better then before! They are a great group of guys, that really pay attention to detail, and really do care about your car. The owner Richard Estrada was great to work with and made sure to take care of everything, to where I had no worries. He also kept me updated on a regular basis, which was awesome.  I never once felt that I was out of the loop. I would definitely refer this company to anyone who is in needs of repairs to their vehicle.

I brought my 2019 wrx to collision specialist because i had a cracked from bumper and Rich and his team took care of it immediacy. The quality of the work is perfect and i will definitely  be back if i need another repair

Excellent job and GREAT service.  In addition to fixing my current BO BO, they corrected all the mistakes made by Maaco a year ago for the same problem.  I will go back anytime I have a need and will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
