I had my brand new Lexus 350 only 2 months when I had to bring it in to Rich.  I had used Collision Specialist, Inc before for my old car repair and was very pleased with the results.

Rich is a great guy.  He doesn’t gouge you, and is very fair in his pricing. I had gotten 3 estimates and Collision Specialist, Inc was the best. I had him work on the car while I was out of town and he had it completed when I returned even though he had spent 3-4 days trying to get the “new” paint

color just right. He even had paint salespeople trying to help him determine the right color paint.

I took my brand new 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 into Collison Specialist Inc. Richard did a great job where it looked brand new, and our paint was special color. I love how friendly he is and honest work. He takes so much pride in what he does. You can tell his experience when my truck was done. I just took my sons new mustang in for work as well. I am a decent home mechanic but I got in way over my head trying to replace the top dash in my 2003 Dodge Ram 2500.  Not a simple bolt on job unfortunately.  It was Thursday and we were supposed to leave on Tuesday.  I called a few different places including the Dodge stealership, no one could get me in or just flat couldn’t or didn’t reinstall the dash.   I was referred over to Richard and he said no problem and we will get the truck back top you in plenty of time.  Sure enough I got it back it looks wonderful and is fully function probably better than when I was taking it apart.  The prices was great I am pretty sure he felt bad for me or something and gave me a really fair price for the job.   Thank you Collision Specialist for making my family’s camping trip possible.

Last year I took my truck to Richard to have him repaint the driver’s side, it had been painted before I bought it, and hadn’t noticed until a few years later. He did a fantastic job and now that side of my truck looks better than new. Well, this year I damaged the rear passenger side and without hesitation took it to Richard and again he did a fantastic job and even did some touch-ups of minor scratches that were already there. I get stopped often by people thinking my truck is new and when I tell them it’s 2013 they are amazed and I owe it to Richard’s quality workmanship. I’ve taken all my vehicles that needed body work to Richard for more than 10 years and won’t even consider another shop.

Richard has repaired three of my vehicles and I will only use him. Before I found Richard I took two vehicles to dealerships to be repaired and wasn’t satisfied with either of them. I took my one truck to Richard and after being in an accident and the workmanship was showroom quality, I also had him redo the repairs from the dealership which turned out fantastic. My latest vehicle I bought used and after a few years noticed the paint was deteriorating. Apparently whoever painted it used inferior paint that didn’t last and made it difficult to paint over it, after working through the issues of the paint Richard was able to spray a seal coat and then lay down the final finish. It looks amazing almost like a new vehicle. I recommend anyone who needs their vehicle repaired to take to Richard, you won’t be disappointed and he stands behind his work, a rarity in the world today.
