Of course our AC went out on one of the hottest days so far this year. AC went out in the evening and Houston from Air Tropics was out the next day! Showed me exactly what went down and within 20 min all fixed. Did a courtesy check on the other equipment and showed me a couple easy maintenance tips! Thank you guys, much appreciated!

Once in a while you’re fortunate enough to find a contractor that you can truly work with and who responds to issues you might be having in a timely and professional manner while maintaining a personal touch. Such is the case for Air Tropics. I’ve used Air Tropics for all my HVAC maintenance and replacement needs, both at home and at my office building. They have taken care of everything from small “drive by” diagnoses and maintenance to replacement of an 8-AC unit system at work, including replacing and re-wiring all the internal guts (motorized dampers for a zonal system, control panels, thermostats, etc.). They have always evaluated cost versus need for major repairs and researched and laid out the possible options. For emergency repairs, they have gone overboard to get the HVAC system up and running, always finding a way to squeeze me in. Lastly, and most importantly, they do the job right and cost effectively. For these reasons and more, I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Air Tropics for any and all HVAC needs.

Recently my elderly mother returned from a trip to find her air conditioner was out of service. After contacting several companies and being told it would be anywhere from 2-3 days before anyone could help her, I  contacted Tucson A List and ultimately reached Jason Harris of Air Tropics. Jason arrived within an hour (yes, an hour) and assessed the problem and had it fixed in about a half hour for a very reasonable price.
