AMAZING! Called in the morning and they scheduled a time that same afternoon. The office called to confirm the tech was on his way later in the day. The technician Jake was very courteous & polite.  He explained to me the problem and went to work on it right away. I am very pleased with A-Authentic and will recommend them in the future.

Did a fine and quick job repairing our broken garage door and key pad.  He was on time and very helpful.

I was offended, however, in his blatant disregard concerning my request that he wear a mask in my presence.

I understand it’s hot out and masks are not comfortable, but I’m a 68 year old retired physician and masks are

protective to the person you are speaking with, not the other way around(I wore a mask).  I think you’re setting

yourselves up for liability if you ignore the customer’s wishes in this regard.

I’m so glad I talked with my neighbor about her new garage door opener.  I had been having problems with my nine year old unit and it finally quit – on a Sunday.  My neighbor highly recommended this company, so I called on Sunday afternoon and got an appointment the same day.  And no extra charge for being on Sunday!  My technician Jake is knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous.  He installed the new opener and keypad, tested everything, and explained to me how to operate the new components.  He took away the old unit and left everything clean and neat. The price was very reasonable.  I am very happy with the service I received.  I highly recommend A-Authentic Garage Doors, and especially Jake.

So most companies regardless what company or call they insist for you to purchase and replacement instead of doing the due diligence of trying to first determine the issue.  Well kudos to Jake from A-Authentic garage door service.  He was very professional, customer service oriented, knowledgeable, friendly but most important he was thorough with explaining my garage door issue and laid out all my options.  He allowed me to make the final decision without influencing my decision.  He was about having a lifetime customer.  We decided to go with a new garage system because ours was 14 years old.  Although, one of my options was going to cost $150.  We figure go the new way and avoid potential arising issues for n the near future.  Jake is a great asset to A-Authentic garage door service.  Thanks again Jake!

Excellent experience. I called them at 7:30pm on a Sunday and spoke with a professional operator who was able to schedule me in for the next morning. Josh arrived promptly and was very professional. He offered two solutions to my garage problem (less and more expensive) and let me make the decision. When the job was completed, he even replaced the light bulbs on the motor and showed me how to keep the door opening efficiently throughout the year (it’s the little touches that count). He indicated what may need to be done in the future but didn’t pressure me into getting it done that day. The garage was fixed at a very reasonable price, and I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Go to them with any garage needs.

Buyers on my house were being nitpicky about weatherstripping at the bottom of the door – because the house is older, new weatherstripping would have been a special order that would have taken a few days, which I didn’t have.

Hector replaced the clip and put in new weatherstripping in less than half an hour after arriving! He was professional and sent me before and after photos of the work so I could send them on to the real estate agent.
