Kids Fest Tucson 2019 Free Braces Giveaway Rules

Just Smile Orthodontics Free Orthodontic Braces Giveaway Official Rules:

1. Must be Arizona Resident with residency in Pima County at the time of entry.
2. Must be 18 years or older to be entered (If awarded the prize, you can use it for yourself, gift it to one of your children, friends or other family members).
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Traditional Metal braces will be used.
5. IMPORTANT: The free braces prize is for non-complex cases that does NOT involve:
   1. oral surgery
   2. orthognathic jaw surgery
   3. impacted teeth (teeth stuck within jaw bone and not erupted)
   4. certain cases requiring teeth extractions
   5. Closing spaces for missing teeth
   6. TADs (Temporary Anchorage Devices)
   7. Lingual braces
   8. Invisalign or clear aligners
   9. other situations deemed too complex by Dr. Leo Toureno
6. If you won the free braces prize but upon examination by Dr. Leo Toureno, your case is deemed too complex for treatment, and therefore not eligible, you may gift the prize to one of your children, other family members, or friends.
7. The free braces prize must be claimed within 48 hours of announcement on our Facebook timeline. If not claimed within 48 hours, we reserve the right to pick another winner.
8. IMPORTANT: The free braces prize must be utilized within 2019. If braces treatment is not started within 2019, the prize will be voided. No exceptions. Please note that we usually close the last week of December, so plan accordingly.
9. To enter the Giveaway, you must land on the slot “Entered for Free Braces Giveaway” in the Spin Wheel at Kids Fest 2019 event June 22-23. Then make an appointment for an exam with Dr. Leo Toureno at Just Smile Orthodontics on or before 6/29/19.
10. Patient utilizing the free braces treatment will be compliant with instructions such as wearing elastics, have good oral hygiene, no broken brackets, and coming to regular adjustment appointments without excessive rescheduling and missed appointments. Just Smile Orthodontics reserve the rights to remove your orthodontic braces and dismiss you as a patient if deemed non-compliant and rude to staff members.
11. WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE:By participating in the Promotion and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (a) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (b) waive any and all claims against Sponsor: Dr Leo Toureno, Just Smile Orthodontics and its employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion or from the receipt or use of the Prize (or any portion thereof) or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of the Prize (or any portion thereof). By entering this Promotion, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, e-mail, and/or postal mail for Promotion purposes. The Winners, by acceptance of the Prize, grant to Sponsor, and each of Sponsor’s designees, the right to publicize the Winners’ name, addresses (city and state/territory of residence), photographs, voices, statements and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional, trade, and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law
