SWAT was founded in 1997 and over the past 15 + years, SWAT has grown to be a name that is recognized and respected nationally as a leader in the personal training and fitness industry. A lot has changed in the past several years, including adding many unique programs and services to our professional personal training repertoire.
Love this place. I have been a workout person forever and this place is like a family and second home. I personally train with Rosemary 2 times a week and love to take classes with all the trainers, highly recommend and fantastic people.
SWAT fitness and Q Jefferson have had a huge impact on my life! After fighting a little cancer that left me disabled, my weight climbed… Q listened to my story, figured out what would work for me, and then pushed me to get the work done! Lost over 60lbs, but more importantly, got up and moved! Developed my muscles and went from barely walking to moving more and more like I did B.C.! I still have more to accomplish but I know that what SWAT and Q did was let me live my life again! Thanks so much.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with respect and encouragement to be the best you. Each class is unique and the trainers are full of knowledge. No matter what your goal is, if you get your diet in place and show up to Swat, you’ll hit it. I have never been stronger both physically and mentally since joining Swat fitness. I highly recommend classes and personal training too. We are a family.
There are lots of ways to workout and be fit. I have been endurance race training for years and began lifting for the first time in January to make a real effort at competing. Three months in I was getting bored with the same workouts at the gym and started slacking. I ended up at a birthday dinner and met the owners( who are awesome) and tried SWAT the following monday. I recently finished my first 30 days of training and have had substantial gains. The classes are amazing and the workouts are always changing. There are class times for everyone and the people are great. If you are looking for an environment for all fitness levels with instructors who care, this is the place for you. Thanks guys and gals!!
