after several recommendations i called and requested Chris Hubbard.. complete professional.. right on time got right to work.. house was 90 degrees now sitting comfy at 76 degrees.. 5 star service all the way.. highly recommended

With the high temperatures in Tucson currently Air Conditioning companies are very busy. I know Ron with Picture Rocks Cooling & Heating and he always comes through. I work in the real estate industry and have a home closing escrow tomorrow. I called him up and explained that I needed the unit on a home fixed before 4pm tomorrow. He fit me in immediately. In the middle of my busy livestock sale, the men’s bathroom urinal broke. I needed it fixed quickly. I ask my daughter to call a plumber who could get here (Marana) within the hour. She said she would check TucsonAList.com. Within the hour, Jesse with Picture Rocks Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing was there. He had it fixed quickly! I appreciate the service very much. This is a great company!

Just had Ron and his crew install a new gas pack furnace/ac unit…his workers were very courteous, friendly yet professional. Ron was upfront  and direct with his estimate. He told me what I needed gave me choices told me what unit I should go with but left the decision up to me. We went with the Goodman because of the valve and the warranty. I would recommend Picture Rocks Heating and Cooling to have your furnace and ac work you should at least let them give you and estimate.

I had Picture Rocks Cooling and Heating come out and give my AC a tuneup for the year.  The technician was really nice, even my skittish dog liked him.  He was very thorough, and I’m relieved that  heading into the hot season that my AC is good to go.

I recently had a complicated situation with the a/c at a rental house I own.  Ron and his techs were able to respond immediately and then return for follow-up work despite this being their busiest time of year.

The quality of the work, co-operation and professionalism were excellent and the rates were very reasonable.  I consider Picture Rocks my “go to” contractor for cooling, heating and plumbing.

Chris Hubbard was fantastic.. last couple weeks haven’t seen my house under 88 degrees.. within in an hour it was below 80 and it was over 100 outside.. so happy with the professional and honest service.. showed up on time got the job done quickly.. now I’m sitting cool

I called Friday to schedule an inspection for Monday morning @8am and they made it happen! As a bonus, they were the best price out of 6 other companies I had called. Chris was our technician and he was so friendly, so helpful and so attentive to our clients needs! Highly recommend them, they were so great to work with and I look forward to using them in the future!
