I HIGHLY recommend Grinz Orthodontics! My experience was fantastic! The retainer I had since high school broke, and I panicked! I called around to many different orthodontists, trying to get in quickly. Grinz was by far, the nicest and most professional on the phone out of the handful of different places I called. They also were able to get me in quickly and answer all my questions up front. The office staff is so warm and welcoming. You can tell they are a kind group of young women who care about their work. Jessica and Brittney were so nice. They treated me like I had been going there for years! Dr. Fretag was equally just as stellar. She was quick, informative, and super easy to talk with. I got the impressions for my retainer that day and it arrived two days later. Everything was so smooth and actually an enjoyable experience. Anyone needing an orthodontist should try Grinz. I was extremely impressed and pleased. I will be referring them to as many people as I can. It is so important to make a good first impression, and their kindness on the phone made me want to do business with them. Good job staff and thank you Grinz for helping me keep my front gap closed!!

Everyone at Grinz Orthodontics is amazing! The client is the focus from the second you walk through the front door until you leave. It is obvious their team knows the value of the client. Here, the customer really does come first! This is for every visit! Imagine this, they care about you and your time, you do not get forgotten in the waiting room.

Oh my, do I love this place! I can’t even tell you how messed up my daughter’s teeth were when I came here. We were initially looking at a crowded mouth, the possibility of teeth needing to be pulled and 4 teeth not able to come in. Fast forward to 1 1/2 years later and they have made sure 3 of the teeth had room, and no teeth pulled!! We did need a bit of lasering to expose the 4th tooth but Dr. Freytag did a beautiful job and my daughter was in absolutely no pain. Love these guys, all the front desk ladies always know us. We NEVER have to wait for our appointment and are in and out quickly. I will always recommend these awesome folks. There is no better!!!

I’ve been taking my son here for two years, the entire staff treat our family well. My daughter started treatment yesterday because we’re comfortable there. Dr.Freytag and the others are wonderful and caring. Highly professional, but fun for kids too! Also my son had a missing tooth, he had an incredibly quick change. His teeth are straightened and his confidence is growing!
