I had been previously looking for someone to repair a dent on my jeep wranglers plastic bumper, I refused to change the whole piece because I had no money to change the entire bumper. I had consistently been turned down by many places that insisted it had no fix but to replace it! To my luck Richard did not hesitate in taking a look at it and doing whatever was in his power to fix it! Excellent customer service! Overall I was extremely content with the outcome of my car! Richard and his crew are definitely the best of the best. My vehicle got some damage that I needed repaired rather quickly. I had my brand new Lexus 350 only 2 months when I had to bring it in to Rich.  I had used Collision Specialist, Inc before for my old car repair and was very pleased with the results.

Rich is a great guy.  He doesn’t gouge you, and is very fair in his pricing. I had gotten 3 estimates and Collision Specialist, Inc was the best. I had him work on the car while I was out of town and he had it completed when I returned even though he had spent 3-4 days trying to get the “new” paint

color just right. He even had paint salespeople trying to help him determine the right color paint.

I took my 2019 Honda CRV in for repair of a scrape on the rear fender that others said would cost hundreds of dollars.  Richard fixed it perfectly — it looks brand-new — for a very reasonable price.   His expertise, professionalism, and courtesy are truly outstanding, and I will definitely bring him any future work and will  highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Richard and his team were fantastic. They were able to work within my insurance quote and handled things directly with them. They are military friendly, and their attention to detail was spot on. Out of five stars, I give them 6.

I’m the owner of the 2015 dodge dart. I had taken my car to Collision Specialist after extensive damage was done to my car after a hail storm. They were a great company to work with! They took great care of me and my vehicle. Turn around time was exceptional and my car looks even better then before! They are a great group of guys, that really pay attention to detail, and really do care about your car. The owner Richard Estrada was great to work with and made sure to take care of everything, to where I had no worries. He also kept me updated on a regular basis, which was awesome.  I never once felt that I was out of the loop.
